Volkswagen electric vehicle servicing

Electric vehicles need TLC like any other vehicle, but their servicing is quite different. The new ID. Buzz comes with three consecutive services and MOT included as standard1

An electric vehicle service includes the following:

Checking your charging cable

During a service, your vehicle’s charging cable is inspected for any wear and tear, damage or corrosion. Our expert technicians check the connectors, test the insulation and ensure the cable is safely and efficiently transferring power during charging.

Checking your battery level

Our expert technicians will check your battery’s level to ensure it’s operating within the optimal range and has sufficient charge. They also assess the battery’s overall health and efficiency to make sure it’s performing well and not showing signs of wear or any other potential issues.

High-voltage check

We thoroughly inspect high-voltage parts and cables to make sure they’re not damaged and are properly secured and routed. This helps to keep your vehicle safe and prevents any electrical issues. It also ensures everything is working smoothly, reducing the risk of breakdowns or malfunctions.
