With over 9,200 public charging bays, many of them free, our preferred charging partner Pod Point believe that owning and driving an electric vehicle should be easy and affordable for everyone. Electric driving shouldn’t cost the earth. 

BP Pulse

For a monthly fee, BP Pulse allows you to charge at almost 5000 charging points for free. Those that aren’t included come at a discounted rate, so you’re still saving with every charge.

Ecotricity

As the UK’s greenest energy provider, all ecotricity’s energy comes from the sun, sea and wind, so you can drive happily knowing that you’re an emission-free driver from source to exhaust.

Zap-Map

Zap-Map is a free to use network locator for every public charging point in the UK. So, wherever you find yourself running low, Zap-Map can point you in the right direction.

Home charging

Setting up your home charger

Charging from a home charger is the simplest and most economical way to keep your electric vehicle topped up. We’ve partnered with home charger provider, Ohme (pronounced “Oh-me”), who offer a range of chargers boasting features such as smart scheduling, which allows you to charge at times when tariffs are lower. Your local Van Centre are always on hand to guide you through the process.

Public Charging

We Charge

Sometimes you’ll need to charge when you’re out and about. To make public charging easier, We Charge, available through the Volkswagen App, offers three different types of charging payment plan, each tailored to specific needs and budgets.

We Charge also points out your nearest chargers as well as checks their availability in real time.
