Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles attended the inaugural Commercial Motor Show which was held between September 29 to October 1. The full Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles range of products and services were on display at our virtual stand. Representatives from our aftersales, product and fleet teams were also in attendance.
Taking place for the first time, the Commercial Motor Show included 99 other exhibitors and hosted 4,000 delegates.
Showcasing innovation
We took the opportunity to exhibit vehicles including the Volkswagen Crafter, Transporter and Caddy as well as conversions and a wide selection of aftersales products. We also showcased our first ever fully electric van, the ABT e-Transporter 6.1.
The product team were on hand at our virtual booth to answer your questions on the ABT e-Transporter 6.1’s smooth drive, instant torque, fast charging and generous load capacity.
A view of the future
Held across three days, the Commercial Motor Show was a virtual exhibition for the road transport industry. In addition to seeing the latest products, visitors also sat in on a wide range of interactive webinars on subjects including whether the high street can make a comeback, the road to zero emissions and barriers to electrification.
With so many events cancelled in 2020, we were delighted to be able to showcase our vehicles to customers through this innovative virtual exhibition.Kate ThompsonHead of Marketing at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
